My go to parts solutions. Know they have it, and most times stock parts other places are back ordered….and know I can get it next day. Makes my life easier!! I’ve e called a few times with some issues and Steve is patient, friendly and extremely helpful.

Dave is an actual jerk. I got two damaged items in a row from their company. I posted on a CLOSED group called Goped nation about it and the owner saw the post and decided to BLOCK me from ordering with them and gave me a refund instead of replacing the item. I got no sorry I got nothing but excuses blaming the parenting companies who produced the product. I was offered nothing more than an exchange. Not even a sorry or anything. They leave it on the burden of the customer to inspect their items and if they are damaged they can either keep them or complain. In this scenario I emailed BRAD who is the sales rep, he downplayed both items that were damaged. Long story short I received an email from Brad saying I am no longer allowed to shop with the company anymore. So I tried to log into the website and it is BLOCKED. So I called Dave up directly to talk to him and he pretty much told me we don't like customers who complain. We are only a middle man and we offered to ship you replacements. Which is all fine and dandy however they fail to take ANY responsibility for the items being damaged and very little remorse for their actions. Others complained on the post I made on Facebook about their items also being dinged up. Some people just accepted the dinged up items and tried to make repairs themselves. Which I opted not to and get a replacement. As of now I am officially blocked from using their website and I am getting no replacement bars either. Dave acted like a little child on the phone with me and showed me his company has no integrity what so ever. If you buy something new and get it bashed up don't complain or be upset of they will BAN you. Not only that I guess they are monitoring social media. Mind you NOTHING I wrote on FB was misleading or false or slandering. It was all hard facts and Dave is mad like a child that I posted it to let others know. While others commented they had similar experiences. One person even said he contacted them for a damaged item he received and never even got an email back. Dave (owner) even admitted on the phone that they do NOT inspect any items the get from whatever vendors before they mail them to you. So if they get a damaged product you get a damaged product. If it happens to you on multiple occasions you can't get mad or you will get banned. I spent almost $2000 with the company in 8 months. And this is the thanks I get, not even an apology. Blocked from the website like a child that is mad that you don't like his toy. This company is TOTAL jerks about everything and the customer service is cringing. Brad and Dave are both jerks who talk down to you as if your complaints about damaged items are menial. It is a very sad day and DDM (Daves Motors) exposed themselves for exactly what they are, greedy, careless, non apologetic and pompous. If you can find alternative companies to shop with do it. Because this company does not deserve your hard earned money and they are the least bit grateful for anything. Dave is an AWFUL business man and could care less about you as a consumer.

I usually don't write reviews in fact this is the first bad review I've ever left someone I usually keep it to myself and dont shop there anymore. This happened last year in August why write a review honestly it's because ever since this I haven't had time to fix a problem they created. I have a 1/5 truck I needed a new steering servo and a center diff dog bone. Nobody else had these things in stock. I found out about these guys through a friend. They got me the parts kind of pricey but I expected this. I get home install the servo the steering was not a direct fit i had modify a bracket or 2 to make it work. I power on the remote and the receiver, the new servo is fighting the other steering servo. This is dual servo system I'm aware a single servo system is way easier. I go back to Dave's and tell them what's going on. They said that's an easy fix just switch the positive and negative wire around then the motor will turn the other direction. (I forgot to bring my remote to test this while I was there) At the time I thought that's brilliant it's so simple, great idea. Get home try everything again and it melts the servo wires and ruins my brand new ecu. So I call Dave's told them the problem and what happened with their brilliant idea and they tried to turn it around on me saying I must have done something wrong. I told them I wanted a new ecu provided by them and I wanted my steering servos fixed too. They told me to email them pictures so I did. (they never responded to the email) I was thinking this was no big deal being as I bought 2 performance pipes from them 1 for my go ped another for the rc truck. I also bought a top end kit for the go ped to rebuild the motor. The go ped pipe was $120, the pipe for the truck was $80, the top end kit was $115. I had also bought several other things and planned on buying anything I needed for my go ped or rc truck from them in the future. I would be happy to remove this review and will continue to shop with them in the case this situation is solved. I think they are nice people and have decent service just made a mistake and haven't done anything to fix it. At this point I'd settle for an apology.

DDM is excellent. I've purchased several items including a Vekta.5 and I'm very pleased with there services. I've emailed asking questions and Steve is always quick to respond with an answer and gives me sound advice. The shipping is always that day or the next day and since I only live an hour away I usually get my order the next day. Top of the line products and I get exactly what I expected. Very impressed.... great great service! I really enjoyed putting together my Vekta.5 LSE

I have been doing business with DDM for six years now, every purchase has been a great experience and I have nothing but good things to say. Excellent customer service, a brand with the utmost integrity who values their customers. I recently had an issue with a throttle cable in one of my orders, Brad from DDM sales made sure I was taken care of.

So last year I was trying to order some parts for my goped esr and my uncle was trying to pay for me and ship to my house. DDM canceled the order because of the billing/shipping addresses being different. We didn't catch on immediately and we tried 2 or 3 more times before we realized the reason why it was not going through. Now I have to use PayPal every time I order no matter what and it's a hassle and ends up costing me a little more to add the $ to my PayPal....... 10/11/22 I was supposed to receive an order from DDM with parts to fix my Goped. It was around $300 I spent. The tracking said direct signature required. Well, it's now after 10pm cst and I have not received my order yet it says Delivered...... Please DDM help me figure this out. All I wanna do is ride my Esr1000h but I can't till I get those parts replaced or refunded😪
